Experience

Sarah’s experience includes the ability to provide clients with pre contractual advice and guidance, negotiating and drafting of appropriate clauses to be inserted into contracts, undertaking day to day Conveyancing (including searches with the relevant authorities to ensure a property is free from encumbrances, preparing transfer and Lands Titles Office documentation), as well as the ability to lodge documentation with the State Revenue Office and Lands Titles Office. Sarah will provide clients with accurate information regarding their transaction, keeping the client well informed at all times.

Sarah has a particular interest in the Homeshare and Housing Affordability Scheme and prides herself in her ability to be able to assist people to reach their dream of home ownership, and ensuring that legal documentation is explained in “down to earth” terms that clients can understand.

Sarah previously worked with Blissenden Lawyers between 1999 and 2005 and was pleased to return in October 2018.
