Jessica handles both civil litigation and criminal matters on behalf of Blissenden Lawyers and specialises in matters relating to workers compensation, personal injuries and Motor Accident Insurance Board claims.

Jessica is a Senior Associate at Blissenden Lawyers and has been with the firm since October 2006. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 2003.
Jessica is an experienced senior criminal and civil litigator who regularly appears in both the Magistrates Court and Supreme Court in Hobart, as both counsel and instructing solicitor.
Jessica specialises in civil matters relating to workers compensation, personal injuries sustained through motor vehicle accidents (MAIB) together with injuries sustained in both public and private spaces. She also has represented clients in matters involving medical negligence. She is experienced in representing clients at the Administration Appeals Tribunal for Comcare matters and the Workers Compensation Rehabilitation Tribunal.
Jessica has previously volunteered with community legal services assisting the general public with their legal matters. Her broad knowledge of criminal law and civil disputes makes Jessica an asset to the firm.
